Claire Ferrini

Co-founder of Astrea London

Claire started her career within the fund management industry working for Investec Asset Management, developing their retail sales and marketing proposition across Europe and project managing regulatory and strategic initiatives globally. She was invited to become a member of the WISE group of “Women in Investments Europe”, a group of women executives in the city who were spearheading female investing. She then went on to work within the private wealth management sector for Stonehage Fleming London.

Claire graduated from Imperial College London with a civil engineering degree and a Masters in Business Management from Kings College London. She is a USA-qualified Yoga Instructor, married, and a dedicated mother of four children whose heart is firmly in Africa, where she spent most of her childhood, growing up in Kenya, and part of her working career in South Africa. Claire is passionate about conservation in Africa and her family has long been involved in working with the Missionaries of Charity to help the poorest of the poor in Africa. Astrea was Claire’s grandmother’s vision 25 years ago and one that Claire would love to realise in her memory.

Nathalie Morrison

Co-founder of Astrea London

Nathalie was the founder of Hay Hill Wealth Management, a boutique wealth management company based in Mayfair, London before selling her interests to a leading private equity firm. She has a track record of setting up businesses in the wealth management space and was previously a Senior Client Partner at Coutts & Co., leading the international proposition for clients in the Coutts Private Office, which she founded with three other senior partners. She started her career at Lazard & Co. in London as an analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions. Nathalie is also very active in running five family vineyards in France (St Emilion, Pomerol) and South Africa. She is a proud wife and mother of four children.

In 2008 and 2009 she was elected one of the 40 Rising Stars by the European Wealth Management Bulletin. In 2010 she was named in the Financial News 100 Rising Stars and won the Spears award for Future Leader in the Wealth Management industry. Nathalie was formerly a Co-Chair of the Mayfair chapter of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organisation), an invitation-only membership which connects young chief executives in a global network.

Born in Saint-Emilion in France, Nathalie holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Cambridge University.

Chloe Hourdain

Designer

After graduating from the HEJ in Paris in 2015, Chloe worked as the in-house designer for a fine jewellery company in Bangkok. She spent several years there, honing her skills and gaining valuable experience.

In 2020 she relocated to Dubai, where she decided to establish her own independent jewellery design business. She’s currently back in France, still working as a freelance designer for various international brands.
