Requests for refunds must be made within 21 days of receipt.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of safe receipt of item.
You should allow 2-6 weeks for repairs and exchanges.

We guarantee that all our diamonds over 0.25cts are GIA or IGI certified, providing clarity and authenticity. We can also source smaller certified diamonds upon request. All our stones (regardless of size) are individually inspected by our highly-trained specialists to ensure we only procure the very best diamonds on the market. We will also provide an Astrea certificate on all pieces so that your purchase is quality assured and verified.
Our resident team of diamond experts check the details of the certificates against the stones, and also assess the following characteristics of all our diamonds.
